Sherry Kolb

Sherry was recruited in 2002 by the S.C. Hospital Association (SCHA) to help build a healthcare staffing program from the ground up. That effort is now Qualivis, a national healthcare staffing provider. A registered nurse in South Carolina for more than 30 years, Sherry spent 20 years working in South Carolina hospitals in many roles — nurse technician, staff nurse, nursing director and healthcare recruiter. As President of Qualivis, she oversees other workforce-related programs for the SCHA Solutions group, including recruitment services (SCHospitalJobs.com) and TheManagementAcademy. Joe Dunmire

Joe has served the healthcare industry since 1992 with the majority of his concentration in sourcing and tracking employment patterns of healthcare professionals. Prior to joining Qualivis, he was employed by the nation’s premier healthcare recruitment marketing firm and two of the largest healthcare contingent workforce providers in the U.S. where he provided valuable and cost-effective solutions to hospitals throughout the nation. Joe is a published author on the topic of human capital and his extensive experience includes engagement, management, recruitment, and retention.

LaLisa Campbell

LaLisa joined the Qualivis team in 2017 after six years of working with the company in her previous position with the supplemental staffing office at the Medical University of South Carolina. She helps manage accounts in Arkansas and South and North Carolina and has more than 20 years of customer service experience.

Mary Hook

Mary joined the Qualivis team in 2011 and serves as the general manager of operations, communications, marketing and event planning. She also is the conference planner for Qualivis Connect, the company’s annual workforce solutions meeting. Prior to coming to the company she worked in communications at a local magazine, writing feature stories and assisting with editorials and magazine layout. While in college she worked at a local hospital in the admissions office.

Scott O'Carroll

Scott came to Qualivis in early 2017 after 20 years as Owner/Manager of a national healthcare staffing company. Prior to that, he worked for six years as a college director of career services. As Accounts Director, he works with providers in all states but has primary responsibility for accounts in Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida.
